DFB-H series high pressure plate filter

The high pressure plate filter can be mounted directly on the valve block of the system to further remove or block contaminating particles generated by external intrusion or wear during operation of the component. Especially suitable for automatic control systems and servo systems. It prevents high-precision control components and actuators from rapidly wearing or jamming due to contamination, reducing faults and extending component life.
The filter is provided with a differential pressure signaling device. When the filter element is clogged and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet ports is 0.5 MPa, the switch signal is issued. At this time, the filter element should be replaced or cleaned to achieve the purpose of protecting the system.
The filter has the characteristics of compact installation structure and small volume. The filter element adopts imported glass fiber filter material, which has the advantages of high filtration precision, large oil passage capacity, small original resistance and large amount of dirt absorption. The filtration precision is calibrated with absolute filtration precision. The filtration ratio is β3, β5, β10, β20≥200, and the filtration efficiency η≥99.5%.
