ZJQ submersible slag slurry pump is suitable for conveying slurry containing sand, cinder, tailings and other abrasive particles. ZJQ submersible sand pump is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, electric power, chemical industry, environmental protection, river dredging, sand pumping, municipal engineering and other industries.
ZJQ submersible slag slurry pump is easy to install and move, high slag extraction efficiency, and can operate safely under harsh working conditions for a long time. It is an ideal pump to replace the traditional vertical submerged pump and submersible sewage pump.
The flow parts of Submersible slag slurry pump such as pump body, impeller is made of high chromium wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant material. (high-chromium alloy, chrome 27, chrome 28, chrome 30 etc.)
In addition to the main impeller, a set stirring mixing impeller is added onto the bottom of the pump. It can stir precipitated sludge to transport high concentration mud slurry.

Operation conditions:
Power supply 380v, three-phase, 50HZ.
The temperature of the medium generally does not exceed 60°C and the PH value is 4-10.
It is suitable for medium with strong abrasion of solid particles and slightly corrosive sewage slurry.
The diameter of the solid in the medium shall not be greater than 80% of the minimum flow channel size of the pump.
