IGF fluoroplastic lining pipeline pump is suitable for long-term transportation of acid, alkali liquor, oxidant and other corrosive liquids of any concentration with temperature from 85 to 200 degree Celsius. The series and parallel operation mode of pump can be adopted according to the demand of flow rate and head, which is of high efficiency and energy saving, low noise and reliable performance.
Features:
1.vertical structure, with the same diameter of inlet and outlet locates on the unified center line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It has compact and beautiful appearance, small floor area, low construction investment and it can be used outdoors with protective cover.
2.The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, the axial size is short, the structure is compact, the pump and the motor bearings are arranged fairly to effectively balance the radial and axial loading generated by the pump operation, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the pump, the vibration noise is very low.
3.The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, adopts inlet titanium alloy seal ring, medium heat resistant mechanical seal and hard alloy material, wear-resisting seal, which can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seal.
4.Convenient installation and inspection, no need to remove the pipeline system, as long as the pump coupling nut can be removed and then all the rotor parts can be removed.
5.The vertical and horizontal installation of the pump can be adopted according to the requirements of pipeline layout. The pump has the domestic excellent hydraulic model and the function parameters of IS type centrifugal pump. It is designed in the basic length of the general vertical pump.
