DY multistage oil pump is a single-shell, single-suction, multi-stage segmental centrifugal pump structure, the pump inlet horizontal, vertical upward outlet specific structure is as follows:

1. Stator part

Mainly by the front section, middle section, guide vane, back section, bearing support and balance chamber cover and other parts with the bar and nut into one, front section, after both sides of the section with bolts and nuts fixed on the pump seat

2. Rotor components

Mainly by impeller, impeller block sleeve, balance block sleeve, balance disc and shaft sleeve parts with small round nut, fixed on the shaft with flat key anti-rotation. The entire rotor is supported on bearings at both ends. The rotor is connected directly to the motor by an elastic pin coupling.

3. Balancing mechanism

This pump adopts the hydraulic balancing device of balancing disc which can completely and automatically balance the axial force. The device is composed of four parts: balancing plate, balancing disc, balancing sleeve and balancing retaining sleeve.
