Product Overview:
WQ non-blocking submersible sewage pump is a new generation of pump products developed on the basis of introducing advanced technology from abroad and combining the practical characteristics of domestic pumps. It has the characteristics of remarkable energy-saving effect, winding-proof, non-blocking, automatic installation and automatic control. It has a unique effect in discharging solid particles and long fibre garbage. This series of pumps adopt unique impeller structure and new mechanical seal, which can effectively transport solid and long fibers. Compared with the traditional impeller, the impeller of the pump adopts single channel or double channel form. It is similar to a bend pipe with the same cross-section size. It has very good flowability. With a reasonable worm chamber, the pump has high efficiency, the impeller is tested by dynamic and static balance, and the pump has no vibration in operation.
Product characteristics:
1. Unique single-blade or double-blade impeller structure is adopted, which greatly improves the trafficability of sewage. It can effectively pass through 5 times of the diameter of the pump and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the diameter of the pump. 2. The mechanical seal uses a new type of hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten titanide material, which can make the pump run safely and continuously for more than 8000 hours. 3. The whole structure is compact, small volume, low noise, remarkable energy-saving effect, convenient maintenance, no need to build pump house, can work in the water, greatly reducing the cost of the project. 4. The sealing oil chamber of the pump is equipped with a high-precision anti-interference water leakage detection sensor, and a thermal sensor is embedded in the stator winding to protect the pump motor automatically. 5. Full-automatic control cabinet can be equipped according to user's needs to automatically protect the leakage, leakage, overload and overtemperature of the pump, so as to improve the safety and reliability of the product. 6. The float switch can automatically control the starting and stopping of the pump according to the change of the required liquid level. It does not need special supervision and is very convenient to use. 7. WQ series can be equipped with double-rail automatic coupling installation system according to user's needs. It brings more convenience for installation and maintenance, and people do not have to enter the sewage pit for this purpose. 8. Be able to use in full lift, while ensuring that the motor will not overload. 9. There are two different installation modes: fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile free installation system.
