The double vane pumps which were driving by one shaft and were assembled in parallel in one pump casing with one common inlet port and two outlet ports that connecting to two individual oil circuits. A variety of flows can be obtained by different combination of the two pumps. The power of double vane pumps is the power sum of two single vane pumps.

Ations vane pump in addition to the need to prevent dry running and overload , excessive inhalation of air and
inhaled anti- vacuum , we must also pay attention to :

3. Disassembly attention to the work surface is clean , work should be well filtered oil .
4. In the leaf blade slot gap is too large will increase too small spill can not freely retractable blade will cause malfunction .
5. The oil temperature and viscosity generally should not exceed 55 ℃, viscosity requirements between 17 ~ 37mm2 / s. The viscosity of the oil-absorbing too much difficulty ; viscosity is too small leak worse.
