Lime Slurry Pump
HS Slurry Pump is a single stage, single-suction centrifugal pump that is designed to transfort the strong abrasive, corrosive, high concentration slurries in Power, Mining, Metallurgical, Coal, Petrochemical, Building Material, and other industrial applications.
Features:
- HS slurry pumps can be used by series connection for special application request
- The discharge outlet can be adjusted at 8 directions with intervals of 45 degree
- Slurry pump's bearing assembly use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily. They can be removed completely when being repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication
- High chromium alloy wet parts can stand stong abrosive
- Shaft seal is packing seal with expeller seal, that has excellent sealing performance
- A variety of drive modes( CL,CV,CR,ZL,ZV,ZR) can meet hard operation circumstances

The impeller may be either moulded elastomer or hard metal. Deep side sealing vanes
relieve seal pressure and minimize recirculation. Cast-in impeller threads are better suited for slurries.
Mating faces in hard metal liners are tapered to allow positive align-ment during assembly and allow
components to be easily removed for replacement.
Transmission Module
Large diameter of pump shaft, eylindrical construction of heavy load, metric bearing using oil lubrication or grease lubrication; operated in serial, the construction features of small volume and high reliability.
