Diluting technique | Add a little water if the viscosity is too high. The viscosity can be adjusted to 20-21 per second (Zahn 3 cups, indoor temperature). Use clear water in order to prolong the preservation period of the remained ink. |
Allocation of pearl lusting printing ink | Mix the pearl powder with the water at one-to-one scale, then add the medium and stir well. The volume of added water depends on the viscosity. |
Drying method | hot air drying (140-150°C) If the printing speed is fast, it is necessary to turn the oven heat up or add circulating air volume so as to achieve superior drying effect after printing, also, it is okay to dry directly in the big oven after the last printing program. |

Q1: What’s your product range?
We basically provide four kinds of wallpaper printing ink
- Medium ink: mainly used to decrease the brightness of the wallpaper inks and have the ability of color fixation.
- Colour ink: main materials used for preparing wallpaper printing inks that can present special colours.
- Paste ink: used to produce specific effects (such as a strong sense of relief, embroidery-like or suede-like appearance, bubbling effect, etc.) on the wallpaper.
- Auxiliary ink: to help produce specific printing effects, keep the printing quality and assure the quality of the remaining printing inks etc.
Q2: Are you a manufacturer and do you have a factory?
Yes, we are a R&D manufacturing enterprise which focuses on developing wallpaper printing aqueous medium, water-based ink, water-based paste etc over 6 years. We have our own factory located in Foshan, Guangdong. We also have a bigger factory more than 33 thousands square meter in Qingyuan which is under construction and will be in full production in the near future.
Q3: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
Generally, 1-2 days for samples making.
The lead time of mass production will depend on quantity.
Q4: Do you inspect the finished produnts?
Yes. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out by QC deparment before shipment.

Our ink will be packed in different plastic barrel. Basically, there are five kinds of packages which are 20L, 25L, 30L, 50L and 1000L as the pictures showed below.
