Specification:
Formaldehyde absorbing medium is made through a special process by using water-soluble acrylic resin as the main binder.
It has excellent performances of high temperature resistance, scrub resistance, anti-yellowing, anti adhesion, penetration resistance and high light fastness. The efficiency of formaldehyde purification meets national standards.
Our formaldehyde absorbing medium has good printability. When printing, it is not easy to be clogging and pulling. It has great color saturation and excellent luster, especially when cooperating with pearl lusting printing ink or aluminum ink.
Attention: Please ensure there is as least one coating using the formaldehyde absorbing medium, and keep this coating in contact with the air as much as possible in order to fully achieve formaldehyde absorbing.
Printing based materials: PVC coated paper, non-woven paper, pure texture paper and gold foil paper.
Cylinder specification:
Use specially-made gravure cylinder.
Technical parameters of the cylinder:
Pure texture paper printing: 55-70 line/cm
PVC coated paper printing: 50-60 line/cm
Diluting technique: Add a little water if the viscosity is too high. The viscosity can be adjusted to 20-21 per second (Zahn 3 cups, indoor temperature). Use clear water in order to prolong the preservation period of the remained ink.
Allocation of pearl lusting printing ink
Mix the pearl powder with the water at one-to-one scale, then add the medium and stir well. The volume of added water depends on the viscosity.
Drying method: hot air drying (140-150°C)
If the printing speed is fast, it is necessary to turn the oven heat up or add circulating air volume so as to achieve superior drying effect after printing, also, it is okay to dry directly in the big oven after the last printing program.
Printing speed: 40-50 m/min(link embossing)
80-100 m/ min (sub-machine)
PH value: 8.0-9.0
Washing technique: As the hardened ink is difficult to clear, it is required to keep the roller and the printing ink working all the time. Once stopped, the roller should be cleared immediately to avoid clogging caused by the hardened printing ink. Usually, the detergent is water. If being clogging, add 1% ammonia solution into the detergent when clearing.
Package: plastic barrel (1X1000KG)
Storage: Medium products should be kept in a cool ventilated dry place, not in the open air. Avoid over exposing to the sun or leaking. Twelve months of storage period, but it is necessary for customers to keep the medium product in an appropriate condition and use it according to the date of manufacture.
Danger level: non-flammable, low or no toxicity, inedible
Emergent treatment: It may cause allergy or inflammatory complications when exposed to the skin. If this happens, use the soap to wash the skin as soon as possible. Do not use the organic solvent. If spattered into the eyes carelessly, hold eyelids open and rinse out with clean water for about 10 minutes to ensure complete flushing. Any inflammatory complications happen, please go to hospital in time. Slightly ingested by accident may cause allergy of the mouth, throat or esophagus or nausea. Under this situation, drinking plenty of water can relieve symptoms. Carelessly ingested in quantity should be promptly to the hospital.
