Description:

Sheath thermocouple cable materials and armored lead wire cable materials are extremely important for the manufacture of sheath thermocouple. They are firm assemblies which are being manufactured by a combined processing of the coupling wire or pure nickel wire or filigrees, organic mineral insulant, metal sleeve. They are widely applicable for the industrial departments and sic-tech fields in all trades and professions.

Composition of sheath thermocouple

   The appearances of sheath thermocouples are greatly differential due to their use requirements. But their basic structures are roughly the same. They are usually composed of the main components such as armored thermocouple elements, mounted fixing devices, connection boxes and so on.

    1. Sheath thermocouple element: it is solid substance combined by metal sleeves, insulates (commonly the magnesia powder) and thermocouple wires. According to the structural form of the measured terminal. It may be divided into ungrounded type, terminal exposed type, and separable ungrounded type for consumers’ choice. If not defined by the consumers, we may offer the ungrounded.

   2. For installing the setting device, its structural form may be divided into non-fixing device, fixed cutting sleeve thread movable cutting sleeve screw, fixed cutting sleeve flange, fixed compressed flange, outer protection tube type etc.

   3. The connection methods: its structure may be divided into porcelain patch board, easy type, co-external diameter, protection cap type, anti splash connection box type, water-proof terminal block type, explosion isolation junction block type, socket type, spring-load type, handle type, with compensation conductor type etc.
