Many kinds of raw materials can be processed by this machine to make fuel sticks. Gernerally, there are
two kinds of materials: raw coal/charcoal powder, coal dust, coal mud, coking coal, charcoal powder; or carbonized agriculture wastes like wood, branch, rice husks, peanut shells, bagasse, cotton stalks, corn stalks, coconut shells, etc.
Material requirements: material size should be less than 3mm, and the moisture content should be around 30%-40%. In order to get high density final products, you can use some binder during the production.

Answer: the size should be around 3mm for better shaping. If your raw materials are big, please crush them firstly.
Q: Does our machine need any binder during the whole production process?
Answer: Well, this generally depends on the feature of your raw materials. If your raw materials are charcoal powder, there may need some binder to better shape. And, using some binder can make sure the final products with high density, and assure the long burning.
Q: What is our delivery time and payment term?
Answer: Our payment term is 50% downpayment by T/T or Western Union, the balance should be paid when you see the copy of B/L. Our delivery time is 10-15 days after receiving your downpayment.
Q: How long is our quality guarantee?
Answer:Before deliver the machine to you, we will test and adjust, so you can use it directly when you get it. Our machine warranty term is 12 months. If any questions, we will offer solutions in time.
