1. Where's your company?
Our company is in Shenzhen, owning official authorized of all brands we sell. And then, we have warehouse in Shenzhen, HK, and Spain.
2. What product are we selling?
We sell xiaomi products and xiaomi ecological chain products.
3. What’s your MOQ request?
For an order direct from our factory in Shenzhen, we request for a normal order by 10-20pcs to start,for it needs tax refund. But, for a sample order or small quantity order delivered from HK, we have no MOQ request.
4. What’s your payment term?
We request T/T in advance, balance to be paid before shipment, We also accept payment to be transferred through Alibaba Trade Assurance.
5. What's your shipping way?
We ship by DHL in HK, but considering the inconsistent shipping fee in different countries, we will ship by Fedex, UPS, TNT,etc. We will ship within 3 days.And complete delivery within 5-7 days by DHL.
