Vulcanizing resin 101 is a thermoplastic resin react from tert-butylphenol and formaldehyde, it can be readily dissolved in benzene and alcohol. Vulcanizing resin 101 is an effective vulcanizing agent for nature rubber, SBR, NBR and especially IIR together with activating agent stannous chloride. As anti-cracking agent, resin 101 is an important raw material of chloroprene rubber adhesive.
It is also effective anti-chloride and ultraviolet absorption adding into lubricating oil,
film and casting material.
