Drying The rotary produced veneers shall be dried under high temperature, the dried sheets are able to reach super low moisture content and maintain splendid surface flatness.
Keeping After drying, the veneers are sorted out by grade and put away for the next procedure.
Hot pressing The glue coated veneers are stacked on hot-pressers which are accurately timed and temperature adjusted according to veneer species and thickness to make sure the layers tightly glued together.
