Q1: What’s your minimum order?
A1: Most of our products do not have it, but for save cost, we advise your order at least 20GP.
Q2: Can you send it to my country?
A2: Sure, we can. If you do not have your own ship forwarder, we can help you.

Q3: How about your payment terms?
A3: We usually use FOB Ningbo. Other ports also available, but need you pay more inland cost.
Q4:How’s the delivery time ?
A4: It takes about 7days for one 20ft container ,12 days for one 40ft container ,15days for one 40HQ
container.
Q5: Is it difficult to install? Do you have installation manual? Or do you send your own workers over to help install the playground? What's the cost?
A5: For the small playground, it's easy to install. The installation manual will be sent when the playground is
completed. If you found it difficult to install and asked us for help, we'll be glad to be at your service ,the installation cost will be stated clearly in our sales contract , if you need installation service.
