The working principle
The ultrasonic processing of plastic plastics is to use the friction between working interfaces at high pressure and high frequency to generate heat rapidly among molecules. When the heat is enough to melt, stops ultrasonic wave vibration. When the working interface continues to maintain high pressure, the interface of production become solidify by melting. So that the processing program is finished.
Generally the frequency of 20kHz and 15KHZ is used to plastic processing. Among these frequency, 20KHZ is beyond human’s hearing. so that it is called ultrasound. However, 15KHZ is still in human hearing.
