1. Unique design: This newly designed unit has a push plate/ turntable structure and a programmed control system, finishes preheating, welding and cooling operations precisely at steady pressures, and is also capable of electromagnetic counting.
2. Stoppage of oscillating current: The output power of this unit can be adjusted easily to product size and thickness by the tuner to control the level of welding, and guarantee the homogeneity of welding.
3. Safety protection: This unit includes over-voltage and over-current protectors that cut off high voltages automatically in case of abnormal operation to protect the oscillating tube and rectifier,while avoiding frequency drift resulting from improper operation.
4. Stable frequency: This unit is uses the industrial band 27.12/40.68 MHz in strict accordance with the provisions of the International Special Committee on Radio Interference (CISPR) and includes a frequency stabilizer and a frequency magnetic leakage arrester
