1. General introduction of extruded xps cornice machinery line
XPS production line design principles by hot extrusion extruded polystyrene foam profile. The main feature of this process is a mixture of foaming agent in the continuous mixing, the mixer where the components of each group by a pneumatic dosing device the mixture continuously fed extruder, the mixture in the extruder reaches the melting point by heating polystyrene. The mixture was thoroughly mixed and the foaming agent through a die extrusion, to produce a variety of shapes XPS moldings.

3.Extruder machine introduction:
This machine line can make PS decorative material ceiling cornice ,it is used widely in room decoration and Interior Decorative.
The machine adopts the international newest ps profile shapes forming technology with computer digital forming system and PLC electromechanical integration full-automatic control.
