Difference Between Cast,Extruded and PS sheet
- Cast Acrylic sheet :
- Best quality in Acrylic sheet, extremely high molecular mass, Strong and Resilient.
- Good for Laser, Engraving, CNC Cutting and Vacuum forming.
- (Our 100% virgin quality are enough to be used as Light Guide Plate)
- 100% virgin material Cast Acrylic sheet outdoor use could last for about 5-8 years
- 70% virgin + 30% recycled material Cast acrylic sheet outdoor use last for about 3 years
- Our quality are all Anti-UV
- Extruded Acrylic sheet :
- Less quality than Cast Acrylic sheet, but stronger and lighter than Glass
- Lower molecular mass, easier to vacuum form into shapes
- Good for CNC Cutting and Vacuum forming
- Thickness 5mm or less are also could be laser and engraving, but not as good as Cast

- Our quality are not Anti-UV, but also could outdoor use
