POM Polyoxymethylene
It is a kind of high melting point, high crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic. It has good properties and is very suitable for CNC machining center to produce precision parts. Our POM is produced by imported developing equipment with raw material do not add any recycling material. Quality is high.
It has properties of high mechanical strength, rigidity, high hardness, good elasticity, sliding resistance and wear resistance, creep resistant. Even at low temperature it is still high impact strength and good dimensional stability, excellent mechanical properties, physical inertia. It is suitable for food contact also.
ABS resin are selected from domestic and foreign famous manufacturers. It is good resistance to chemical corrosion, long service life, good insulation, smooth lining, no scaling, not breed bacteria, small friction coefficient, small flow resistance(flow rate can increase 30%),high impact strength etc.

Acrylic tube anti-uv test we made:
We put some acrylic tubes outside 10years ago.After 5 years,they didn’t turn white or yellow. It can’t tell the difference from eyes. After 8 years, they are still the same ,didn’t change color apparently.The raw acrylic material is good at anti-uv.
