Question 1. What is the minimum order quantity for custom my own brand?
Answer: 1 pc, two board size(210cm*70cm or 168cm*70cm) for your option.
Question 2. Can I get a sample?
Answer: YES, and pls contact us to know the price and shipping cost.
Question 3. How long for warranty?
1 year, free to offer new accessories if the accessories and board parts have quality problem in one year.(clear pictures and videos needed to confirm the quality issue)
Question 4. What’s included
Battery, battery charger, wireless remote control, leash, remote control charger, Efoil sets, board bag, kit sets.
Question 5. How to ship and how much of the shipping cost?
Answer: We use Fedex/UPS/DHL EXPRESS(7-15 days) for order 1 or 2pcs, and use shipping by train or sea (40-50 days to door) for larger order according to your request.
Question 6. Can you do drop shipping?
Answer: Yes, we can. We have staff responsible to do the package and arrange the shipment.
