1. Extruder: According to different materials, single screw, parallel twin-screw and conical twin-screw extruder are used. The screw adopts special mixing function and high plasticising capacity design to ensure good plasticising and stable high output extrusion.
2.Screen change and mould: Hydraulic quick-change ensures that the screen change does not leak material, and the screen change is fast and effective, and the mould selects different structural forms according to different materials. More hanger-type die head adopts special double throttle design, so that the thickness of the plate is adjusted more accurately. Can be equipped with a variety of forms of hydraulic one-way screen changer, two-way screen changer; and non-stop double runner screen changer. And can be equipped with straight high-efficiency static mixer, melt output metering pump, to ensure the smooth extrusion of materials.
3. Three-roll calender: according to the thickness of the plate (sheet), horizontal, vertical or 45 ° inclined type. Hydraulic and mechanical lifting methods are available. It is convenient to adjust the gap to ensure even thickness and calendering effect.
4.Cooling roller support: equipped with corresponding cooling guide roller, better cooling effect.
