Specification
By replacing the mould, the same production line can be used to produce PVC/WPC ceiling panel, wall panel, U-Clip, flooring, decorative line etc.
The extrusion line use Schneider inverter . Siemens motor, Schneider contactor, SSR.
Omron, temperature controller, ensure the long. term operation of the equipment is more stable.
Lower power consumption , it can save 25-30% electrical power consumption comparing with most kind PVC ceiling production line.
With online hot stamping , easy operation, saving labour.
