Brief introduction of PVC line production line
The production line can select different specifications of twin-screw extruder according to different profiles and mold, and
configure corresponding vacuum setting table, traction machine, cutting machine, turnover platform and other auxiliary equipment.
The extrusion capacity of the machine can be selected between 150kg and 450kg per hour. The tractor adopts our unique lifting technology, which is stable, reliable and has large traction force. In order to meet the needs of high-speed extrusion, the special increasing vortex cooling system is adopted in vacuum shaping. The moving speed of the cutting machine keeps synchronous with the traction speed. All movement are controlled by the imported PLC computer. The design is reasonable and the operation is stable. It can cut the length automatically and is equipped with dust recovery device. According to different molds, 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, 11 meters and other specifications can be selected.
