The machinery for making pvc flooring is mainly used in making PVC door and window profile, ceiling, panel, board etc. There are also other auxiliary equipments for machinery for making pvc flooring like mixer, crusher, grinder, hot stamper, lamination machine.
The capacity of machinery for making pvc flooring can be optionally chosen from 60-800kg/g. Vacuum setting has applied special enlarged vortex cooling system which is good for cooling and calibrating so as to meet demand of high speed extruding.
The haul-off unit of our machinery for making pvc flooring equips meter coder to calculate the length of product. Its work is stable and its pulling force is large.
Movement speed and drawing speed of cutting machine keep synchronous. The control system adopt PLC, and it can conduct automatic cutting with fixed length. Power and dust suction device can be provided. With different molds, the calibration table can choose such specifications as 4, 6, 8, 11 meter, etc.
