1. extruder: adopting single screw extruder, unique designed screw, realizing shorting plasticizing time

vacuum degassing system, can get rid of the waste gas from the raw material which can guarantee super
quality of the products.
5. driving system: adopting A.C motor, using FUJI or ABB inverters which provide stable torque output and
various speed.
6. haul off machines: 2 laws, 3 claws, 4 claws, 6 claws and 8 claws are provided to manufacture various
pipes, haul-off speed governed by the FUJI or ABB inverter.
7. cutting unit: saw cutting and planet saw cutting, with dust collection system.
8. staking unit: automatic overturning system, can freely fix the length of the pipe.
9. controlling system: manual controlling cabinet or SIEMENS PLC touch screen controlling.

Customer only pay deposit on full PVC pipe machine, then we begin produce, after all well, we will invite customer come and test in our own factory, after all confirm well, then customer pay the balance, we will paked full PVC pipe machine line together with spare parts into container.
After these well for our PVC pipe line, our engineer can go to customer's factory for installing and treaning workers until customer use full PVC pipe machine well.
Our PVC pipe machine warranty time will be 13 months, during these days, any problems we can supply by free.
