·Brief Introduction
   SJCG large-aperture rabbet type plastic winding tube is updated with advanced technology from foreign countries conforming to domestic market on the basis of domestic patent (patent no. -- ZL03261424.1) and ranks highest flight in the world with advanced technology and special structure. Large aperture twin-wall winding tube can be produced with small spec normal equipment or former profiled unit.

               This winding pipe has high rigidity and high resistance to intensity with good airproofing performance. It is widely used for drainage of city planning, highroad and railroad, agriculture, irrigation and ventilation of mine, therefore it is updated product of cement tube, ceramic tube and cast iron tube with wide foreground and potentials.

·Design Theory and Advantages
    At present, market of large aperture winding pipe is wide and there are many manufacturers with similar techniques and methods, that is to use two sets of extruder, one to produce tube and another to coat, to mould with winding moulder, all tubes must be moulded in the factory, therefore cost is added for transportation. What’s more, size of tubes can not be changed which bring a lot of inconveniences. While winding pipes developed by our company can be produced with one extruder at locale. Pipes can be produced at locale no matter it is large size or small size. Twin-layer or multi-layer winding moulding is available to satisfy different requirements. Its advantages are as follows:


Boards for winding are produced in the factory, pipelines are produced at locale to save cost of transportation.
High –tech PVC directions have low cost, light weight, easy installation and fast construction.
Scientific winding method, such as rivet and tenon joint, embedded rubber airproofing bar and coated bonding agent, makes the pipeline be firm and sealed with smoothing inside wall, low roughness, fluent current and high efficiency.
Resist to ultraviolet radiation, acid, alkali and corrosion, underground and above ground for indoor and outdoor are all available, service life can be 50years.

Resist to shocking and heavy loading, good airproofing performance·

Structure:

Rabbet joint spiral winding pipe winds plastic boards with rivet and tenon via spiral winding moulder. Timely rabbet joint type self-locking structure, rubber airproofing bar is embedded at the bottom, bonding agent is coated at the two sides. The two boards will form one fixed integer while joining and self-locking. The pipes are divided into one layer, two layers and multi-layer type.

? Set the two pipes horizontally onto one beeline, clean residue and water on surface of pipes.
? Pack airproofing belt onto pipes, then pack flange pipe onto tube

Melting Shrinkage Connection of Welding Zone (Galvanothermal Smelting)
?Set the two pipes horizontally onto one beeline, clean residue and water on surface of pipes.
? Put galvanothermal smelting belt and locking buckle onto connection of pipe and pack them closely, then fasten the locking buckle closely with clamp
? Connect thermal binding machine to smelting belt, then start up the machine after setting heating period, tighten the buckle with clamp again and keep it under cooling state for certain period after completion of thermal smelting process. (Cooling period: 20minutes in summer, 10minutes in winter), then loosen the buckle after cooling, the process is finished.
Connection of Thermal Contracted Belt
?Set the two pipes horizontally onto one beeline, clean residue and water on surface of pipes.
? Conglutinate PE airproofing belt with tie-in of the tube, then pile up and wind the thermal contracted belts:
? Put thermal contracted belts together with steel clamps, then heat it from central part evenly with gas or benzine lamp, then heat from left to right until it is fixed up to the pipe, then the process is finished.
