• ZBZ630H is a new designed horizontal closed type water cooling corrugators.
• This corrugator is able to produce PE. PP and PVE single/double wall plastic corrugated pipes diameter from OD160 to OD630. The innovative designs of this corrugators are the orbits of the mould blocks and two servo motors driving synchronously making the mould blocks runs more steadily and smoothly, and reach the top speed of 10m/min.
• The vacuum channel is underneath the effects better pipe appearance.
• Made of excellent aluminum alloy and processed by advanced machining center after cast, the mould blocks have the advantages of high accuracy and better cooling. Also, the corrugator is simple in structure, convenient for maintenance.
• High degree of automation makes it easy to adjust the corrugate.
