1. Main Usage:
This production line is used for continuously producing PE ,PP ,PVC single wall and double wall corrugated pipe, as well as PA corrugated pipes;

l Corrugators adopt independent water and air circulated system and form the double-wall corrugated pipe by cooling water and compressed air.
l Extruder has linkage function to the corrugators.
l The lubrication system of corrugators has manual and automatic function.
l Corrugators adopt horizontal and full closed structure, easy operation and good-looking appearance.
l Corrugators have air cooling and water cooling function.

- Corrugators adopt integral horizontal structure, small floor area and non-base on ground. Working platform has transverse, lengthways and horizontal adjustment device.
- ABB governor to ensure reliable working ability, stable and full scope of speed adjustment.
- Mould blocks are made of(air cooling and water cooling) were made by special aluminum alloy with good points of light weight, high intensity, good wearing, small parameter of thermal expansibility etc.
- Online UPS ensures working platform to return automatically and to apart mould blocks from cooing mandrel when power is off suddenly or other fault.
- Online UPS continuous power supply ensures working platform return automatically and apart forming blocks from cooling mandrel when power off suddenly or other fault.
- Excellent profile design of pipes are with light weight and good appearance.
