Main Features

Clamping system
Double tie-bar, clamping by hydraulic cylinders.
Adopts clamp-style with two platens, forced by hydraulic cylinder at the bottom. This special structure ensures the rigid feature of the platen and in order to keep the even of force forward on the mould.
1. Instruction for Installation and Debugging:
Before delivery,TONVA is responsible for debugging of machines,to make sure the provided machine could safely and smoothly put into operation;
TONVA also takes responsibility to have debugging overseas,and clients abroad please send invitation to engineer of TONVA in advance,provides the engineer with round-trip tickets,accommodation,vehicle and USD80 per day for salary.
2. User Training:
Before delivery,TONVA will take responsibility to indoctrinate technical training to the users so that they could understand the machine features and could operate the machine by themselves.
3. Warranty Period:
The warranty period for TONVA machine is one year with a life-long maintenance.Other stipulated warranty could be made if clients require special quality guarantee.
