To describe the Chia seeds are superlative quite appropriate - for they are not only rich in valuable fatty acids but also in fiber, vitamins and minerals. Already 2 tablespoons with 15g Chia seeds provide an amazing spectrum of valuable nutrients! You can totally uncomplicated cereal, in smoothies, soy yogurt, or used in baked goods. Tip: in homemade bread they provide not only essential nutrients but also think it is still fresh for longer and give it a fine touch.

Use
Chia in bread:
Simply Bake a bread of your choice with up to 10% Chia seed - tastes wonderful crispy and stays fresh for a long.
Traditional use:
Originally chia seed was used raw or heated in the Mexican kitchen, for example as tasteful addition to a salad dressing with the seeds or chia gel. (Chia-gel: 1 volume chia seeds with 7 volumes of water allowed to swell for 20 minutes, stirring several times.)
Traditional drink - the Pinole:
This drink has been mixed with fruit and vegetable juice and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, let soak for 10 minutes and stirred repeatedly.
