This machine consists of feeding shelf, leveling and grooving device, hydraulic notching and punching device, hydraulic plate-shearing machine, displacement-type pittsburgh lock former,automatic feeding platform,double-driven TDF flange former and double-driven single hem former, servo feeding platform, hydraulic TDF folder and the electric cabinet. The whole electrical part is mastered by computer, so the positioning precision can be assured. For example, the servo motor precisely drives the plate to the folding device.Especially when producing quare duct, the folding precision is assured. The maximum feeding speed is 16m/min and the length tolerance is 0.5mm.It can produce TDF flange ducts and angle iron flange ducts,during which the line is easy to be adjusted to produce each one.
