Operation steps:
- Open the machine and then brush a layer of machine oil on the surface of inner mold and outer mold to facilitate stripping.
- Cover the inner mold with a circle of net-cloth or steel mesh.
- Grout the gap between inner mould and outer mould with mixed mortar.
- Start the vibrating pump and pour mixed mortar into machine at the same time. Then turn off the pump while cement mortar become static.
- Start the inner heater to decrease the solidification time.
- Start stripping the inner mould when the surface of concrete is hard enough. First the left and right side and then up and down side. Limit switch is used to control the travel of mould.
- Push the flue along the stripping-direct lightly, then replace the inner mould.
- Airing the flue.
