Brief introduction:
High frequency welded(HFW) pipe production line is used to make various round pipes, square pipes, rectangular pipes, oval pipe and special section tubes featured with high efficiency and reliability.
The pipe size ranges from 8mm to 219mm in outside diameter and 0.4mm-8.0mm in wall thickness.
HFW pipe is manufactured by cold-forming a strip of steel into a cylindrical shape. Current is then passed between the two edges of the steel to heat the steel to proper welding temperature.
HF welding method simultaneously utilizes pressure and heat in order to join the strip edges of the open-seam tube together without the addition of a filler metal. Squeeze and pressure rolls in the welding stand bring the edges of the open-seam tube gradualy together and apply the pressure necessary for welding.
Line speed: 15-100m/min
Line flow:
Uncoiling → Leveling → Shearing and end welding → Strip accumulating → Forming → HF Welding → Bead and burr removing → Cooling → Sizing → Straightening → Speed testing → Flying saw cutting → Pipe running out and collecting

HFW welded steel pipes are widely used in the areas of electric heating tube, cooler tube, refrigerator tube, automobile frame tube, fitness equipment tube, furniture tube, pressure transmission tube, liquids transportation and distribution pipe, ventilation piping and steel structures for construction and other general purpose by means of precise production tolerance and high capacity manufacturing method.
