Tetra potassium pyrophosphate anhydrous is a white, very hygroscopic granular or powder, which complies with the specifications of FCC and EC Directive for food additives.
Uses: Used as an emulsifier in the food industry, an improver, a chelating agent, and a raw material for the use of alkaline water for flour products.It is commonly used in conjunction with other condensation phosphates, which are commonly used to prevent the production of guano stone in the canned aquatic products and prevent the discoloration of canned fruits.Increase the rate of expansion of ice cream, the yield of ham and sausage, and the water retention of fish.Improve surface taste and increase rate, prevent cheese aging, etc.
