Sodium hexametaphosphate is a white transparent platelets, granules,or powder which complies with the specifications of GB 1890-2005, FCC and EC Directive for food additives. In food industry, it can use as quality improving agent, nourishing agent, PH regulator, sequestrant, emulsifier, texturizer and adhesive agent.
