Function

Lidoca hydrochloride is a local anesthetic for intermediate-acting amides.

Used as a local anesthetic and antiarrhythmic drug. Mainly used for:
1. Infiltration anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, surface anesthesia

(including mucosal anesthesia during thoracoscopy or abdominal surgery)

and Chemicalbook nerve block;

2. Treating ventricular premature beats and ventricular tachycardia after acute myocardial

infarction (AMI), and digital ventricular arrhythmia caused by digitalis poisoning, cardiac

surgery, and cardiac catheterization, but it is usually ineffective for supraventricular arrhythmia.

1. Lidocaine hcl is a local anesthetic and antiarrhythmic drug. It is clinically used for

2.  infiltration anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, surface anesthesia (including in the

3.  thoracoscopy or abdominal surgery for mucosal anesthesia) and nerve conduction block.

2. Lidocaine hcl is an amide local anesthetic. With the dose increased, the role or

4. toxicity increased, there is an anti-convulsive effect with sub-poisoning plasma

5. concentration; Blood concentration of more than 5μg • ml-1 can occur convulsions.

3. Lidocaine hcl in low doses can promote outflow of K+ in cardiomyocytes, reduce

6. myocardial autonomy, and has antiarrhythmic effects. Increased plasma concentration

7. may cause slowing of heart conduction, atrioventricular block, inhibition of myocardial

8. contractility and decreased cardiac output.
