Full Automatic Pet Food Pellet Production Line
Pet food pellet production line is made of stainless steel, which consists of mixer, spiral hoister, extruder machine, air conveyor, electric dryer, seasoning line. It is mainly used for producing top-grade aquatic feed and pet food. Besides, it can make feed pellets for poultry and livestock. The max capacity of the double screw extruder can reach 3000-5000kg/h through add condtioner.

Automatic Pet Food Pellet Production Line
(1) Mixer: mixing raw material, water and other addtionals.
(2) Spiral hoister: conveying the mixed materials to the extruder by screw structure, ensuring clean raw materials.
(3) Extruder machine: there is a pair of screws to convey, extrude and heat materials, and materials discharge from the mould and cutted by the knife to get feed with different shape and size.
(4) Air conveyor: conveying the pet/fish food to the dryer through air
(5) Electric dryer: it is used to dry the feed. The dryer is built in heating device and adopts belt dryer device. And dry the feed through electric heating.
(6) Seasoning line: it is used to adjust the feed taste. The fronter part is for seasoning, and the latter part is for spraying oil with oil barrel. Thus the seasoning and spraying oil is operated separately, and increase the taste of feed.
The cooling conveyor and packing machine can be equipped in the pet food pellet production line according to customers' requirements.
(6) Cooling conveyor: in order to convenient to pack or store the feed quickly, it needs the cooler to cool down the temperature.
(7) Packing machine: There are different packing machine: semi automatic type and automatic type. It can pack the feed into plastic bags with 5-500g, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg etc..

Finished Product By Our Pet Food Pellet Production Line
1. The pet food pellet production line can produce different shape and different size of feed. Such as triangle shape, square shape, bone shape, fish shape and son.
2. The feed produced by extruder is easily digested to animals.
3. The feed diameter can be Φ1-20mm
Except for the common pet and fish food, the pet food pellet production line can also produce sandwich feed for pet, and flake feed for abalone and cucumber.
1. Pet food pellet production line, which is less than a full container, are packed by the standard wooden case for exporting. So it is safe and strong enough for a long journey from our factory to your place.
2. If all the machines are shipped by a full container, the container will be loaded in our factory by our workers. Also, all the machines will be fixed onto the container.
