General Information:
This Fly Bait is fast acting, granular insect bait for control of use indoors or outdoors in any farming facility. It contains the bait Z-9 Tricosene which lures the insect to fly around the granules and to eat them. Its bitte taste reduces the risk of accidental swallowing. However, as precaution, use in areas which are not accessible to children or pets.
Active Ingredient:
Azamethiphos: 1% w/w
(Z)-9-Tricosene: 0.05% w/w
Other ingredients: 98.95% w/w
Recommendations For Use And Dosage:
Sprinkle 220g of fly bait for every 100 square meter of area affected by flies such as: floors, corridors, door and window, frames, or even place the product in flat containers(pieces of cardboard).
The attraction of fly bait is increased by wetting the area where it is to be applied with water or milk.
Fly paper wet a piece of cardboard, apply fly bait sparingly.
Allow to dry and hang only in areas with large amount of flies.
Replace  once the products is overed by dust or dead flies.

Use gloves when applying the product.
Do not eat,drink or smoke while using the product.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after use.
This product is toxic to fish and wildlife.Keep out of lakes, streams or ponds.Do not contaminate water by cleaning of equipment or surfaces, or by the disposal of wastes.
First Aid:
Wash affected areas of the body with soap and water. If the product has come into contact with the eyes, flush immediately with water for several minutes if accidently swallowed and the patient is conscious, use medical charcoal. Never administer oral treatment to patients who are unconscious.
In case of poisoning, consult a physician and provide this label.
Recommendations For Physician:
Sympboms of poisoning: poisoning may cause cholinesterase inhibition, headache, weakness, sweating and vomiting.
Antidote: use atrophne sulphate in 1-2mg doses every 15 minutes until atropinization is achieved.
Can be administered with preparations of Oxime, such as PAM or Toxogonine, under constant medical supervision.
Disposal Methods:
This product is toxic to fish and bees. Do not contaminate water courses by discharging fly bait into  surface of water and drainage systems. Before disposing of empty containers and packets, rinse three times. Destroy packets or packaging. Do not reuse. Place in an appropriate receptacle and burn or bury in a certified area.
Storage Condition:
Do not store or transport this product together with foodstuff, clothing or animal feed. Store in the original package in a well-aired condition, out of reach of children, unauthorized persons and animals. Do not expose to sunlight or humidity.
