1.How could I buy the products I need if there is no price in the website?
You can send your inquiry to us about the products you need,our sales will reply you within 24 hours to help you make the order.
2.Can you make products according to our samples or drawings?
Yes,we offer OEM ,ODM and sourcing service for all customers.
3.Can you send sample for us?
Yes, you can place a sample order.Some samples maybe free for you, but freight collect.
4.Can you accept small order?
Yes, we can accept small orders or trial orders, it is the starting of business. But according to different product the price may be higher as normal quantity.
5.What kind of warranty do you offer?
Different product offer different time frame warranty, but all product here we offer 90 days at least warranty.
6.How long will it take to deliver goods?
We will start preparing goods when we get your bank receipt. For small orders,the package will be shipped out in 1-3 working days after we get your payment. For large orders,the delivery time is 10~30days according to the order size.
For small quantity,we suggest use express(such as Fedex,TNT,DHL,UPS).It could be freight collect or prepaid.
For mass goods,our shippment could be by sea or by air,both OK for us.We can do FOB,CIF,DDP.
7.Do you inspect the product?
Yes, each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC before shipping.
8.What is your payment term?
For large orders,30% deposit + 70% balance against the B/L copy.
For small orders, we suggest 100% prepaid.
We take T/T, L/C ,Paypal ,Western Union, etc.
9.Can we use our own shipping agent?
Yes,you can.We had cooperated with many forwarders.If you need,we can recommend some to you and you can compare the prices and service.
