Key/Switch:

Set the weight:

  1. Repeatedly press MODE until the KCAL display on the LCD.the last calories you measured appears
  2. Press the SET to enter the setting the weight mode,the default weight setting 60kgs appears.
  3. Repeatedly press RESET to correct you weight and the pedometer increase the weight by 1kgs each time you press the RESET(the weight range is 20-150kgs)

Noted:LCD display will return to calorie display with new setting if the RESET not pressed in 3 seconds

Set the stride:

  1. Repeatedly press MODE until the KM display on the LCD.the last distance you measured appears
  2. Press the SET to enter the setting the stride mode,the default stride setting 70cm appears
  3. Repeatedly press RESET to set your average step length,the pedometer increase the step length by 1cm each time you pressed the RESET(the step length range is 30-200cm)

Noted:LCD display will return to distance display with new setting if the RESET not pressed in 3 seconds

Set the time:

  1. Repeatedly press MODE until the time display on the LCD
  2. Press the SET to enter the time setting the SET the hour start to flash,press the RESET correct the 12 or 24 hour format(A or P for AM or PM)
  3. Press the SET the minute start to flash, Press the RESET correct the minute
  4. Press the SET to confirm the setting and return to time display

Noted: LCD display will return to time display with new setting if the RESET not pressed in 3 seconds

Using the stopwatch:

  1. Repeatedly press the MODE until sfter the time model is the stopwatch. The last measurement you took appears
  2. Press the RESET to 0.pess the SET to start counting and to stop the counting ,pess the SET again.

Counting the step/Distance/Calories

  1. Repeatedly pess the MODE just have a number display on the lcd..the last steps you traveled appears.
  2. Pree the RESET 3 seconds to 0.
  3. Clip the pedometer on ur waistband or belt near the front center part of your waist.then start to step.The LCD display the number of steps you have step.
  4. press MODE until display the KCAL or KM,the approximate Calories or Distance you traveled or burned appears.

Remark:

If the LCD display becomes dim or no display.please replace the new battery(AG13*1PCS)
