Coco peat or coir pith is the by-product in coconut husk processing while manufacturing coir Fiber. During the fiber stripping process, the pulp surrounding the coir fiber is removed as a waste material and it is none other than the coir pith. Indian Coir pith was used as a substitute for soil in Europe in the early 1990s.
Indian coir pith has an edge over other country’s pith due to its less salt content so it does require less water to wash it. It is measured by the value of EC(Electrical Conductivity).
• Coir pith with Lesser EC(<0.8 Ms/cm) will be ideal for agricultural purposes.
• Coir pith with Higher EC (>0.8 Ms/cm) is better for bedding purposes. It also contains more micro and macro plant nutrients.

o High EC Coir pith or Coco peat is used as an effective bio degradable and maintenance free animal beds .
o coir pith is way too economical than its alternatives.
o We provide our High EC(Unwashed) coir pith blocks for horse stables, Poultries, Dog kennels or it can be used for any livestock bedding.

o During the recent times many landscaping companies are preferring coir pith as an ideal growing medium for laying residential lawns, commercial landscapes and Playgrounds

Our Factory is located 30 Kms from our office premises and our raw materials are prepared from our own coconut farms near our factory.

Coir Board Registration Certificate
Each and every coir exporters should have registered themselves under Coir Board, India( A Government of India Undertaking) if one needs to export. We have attached the our own for your reference.
Shipping
The Product will be shipped 10 days from the date of advance payment remitted by the buyer. We have annual contracts or agreements with every well known freight forwarders in the sea port in our neighborhood so it makes us to ship to any part of the world.

Product and Pallet Fumigation:
Product and Pallets are fumigated based on the global standard IN-305 MB standards.
Phytosanitary Certificate
The product and container is disinfected with Methyl Bromide in order to protect it form pests and insects. We have also attached the same.
Certificate of the origin:
COO is a Mandatory document which is used to clear the import authorities in the destination country. it determines the source an destination of the product.
Insurance certificate
The consignment is duly insured in order to face any uncertainties which we may face while the consignment is on the move.
