Introduction:

This machine is made of stainless steel, it is used for UHT sterilizer, such as cow milk, goat's milk and horse's milk.

Continulous sterilization, as far as possible to keep food quality, the machine can achieve sterilization, cooling, contious production, mainly for the fresh milk pasteurized, cooling.

 

Features:

1. The main body is made of SUS304.

2. The sterilization time can be adjustable in the range of 5-40 minutes. And the sterilization temperature is adjustable from 50-99°C with automatic temperature control device.

3.Commercial milk pasteurizer for sale consist of water tank and milk tank.

Milk tank is divided into three layers, the most outer layer is the thermal insulation layer, and the middle is hot water sterilization layer, the layer is milk.

Water cycle consists of two layer, the cold water and lower hot water. Through the refrigeration compressor precooling, the water cycle throgh the circulating pump inlet and outlet water.

4. The sterilization water tank is added thermal retardation device and temperature compensate device, to ensure the temperature in water tank.

5. Have the cooling system, can cool milk after pasteurization .

6. The machine with mixing system, can mix milk when pasteurization.

7. Good affectivity of pasteurization, lose noise, speed can adjustable.
