Working Procedure of Newspaper Pencil Production Line
Paper Cutter
Put paper under the cutter blade and press the hilt, paper will be cut into the size you need;
Paper Rod Rolling Machine
1.Firstly, put the glue and water into barrel, open the motor, make the green conveyor run and is covered by the glue and water.
2.Secondly, put the newspaper which is used for rolling pencil lead already by manual on the conveyor parallelly. When running, the pressing plates with force of friction make the newspaper rolled into pencil sticks with pencil lead.
Pencil Rod Drying Machine
1.We know it is very wet with glue, so we recommend drying them naturally before the pencil rod is putted into drying machine.
2.The temperature of drying machine can be set by customers, the normal temperature is 120℃, when drying, once the temperature is down, it will reheating automatically. Usually, for the pencil rod, it can be dried finished in 3-4 hours.
Pencil Cutting And Abrading Machine
1.Firstly, put the pencils into the feeding port, during the running processing, the pencils move forward and are ground with abrasive belt.
2.Secondly, the pencil being polished drop into the cutting groove, the two knives cut the ends of pencil for beautiful appearance.
Film Shrinking Machine
1.Firstly, put the pencil rod into colorful plastics paper by manual.
2.Secondly, put them on the conveyor, during the movement processing, in high temperature,the film is stuck on the pencil rod firmly.
Pencil Eraser Machine
1.Firstly, put the pencil hoop and eraser on the pencil rod.
2.Secondly, use the machine to fix the eraser more compact.
