The structure and specifications of paper machine
1. Wire part
Double wire designing, bottom wire table length 19.5m, top wire table length 8.5m, frame welded by Q235 steel board, and clad by 0.75mm 304 stainless steel sheet. 2 sets of closed-type cushion head box with double evener rolls.
2. Press part
2 sets of dia. 500mm vacuum suction pick-up roll.
2 sets of large-diameter press rolls including 4 pcs of dia.900mm×3750mm×4300mm blind press rolls, with water cooling system and hydraulic pressure station. The coated rubber shore hardness is 98°C±2.
3. Dryer part
30pcs dia.1500mm ×3750mm×4300mm alloy dryer cylinder with 30 pcs of blade. The dryer cylinders arrayed in the order of 20+sizing machine +10.
4. Sizing part

Answer:Usually,the delivery time for smaller machines is 30-45 days after receiving deposit,but for bigger machines,it will be longer to make sure the equipment quality.
4.What is your payment terms?
Answer:(1). T/T(telegraphic transfer)30% as deposit,and 70%balance paid before shipment.
(2). 30%T/T + 70%LC at sight.
