The suction press roll is designed for the media, high speed paper machine.The dehydration rate is better than the ordinary press roll. Surface have much holes,when the felt and wet paper passing,squeeze out the water into the suction chamber through the small holes.
Suction press roll surface coat the rubber,which make the press uniformity,decrease the damage of the felt and improve the pressure of high press line.The body of roll is made by the stainless steel or bronze.
