Q1: Do you have a range of stock items for sale?
We do have some pajamas in stock, MOQ is 100 pcs. For other products, there are thousands kinds of different design for your choosing .
Q2: Are you a manufacture?
Yes, we are factory established in 2006, with over 100 workers and 2000 squares meters workshop.
Q3: What is your minimum order quantity?
As a general rule our MOQ for bra is 4800pcs for customized products. Although on occasions we have produced orders for less than 1000. However, for one of small orders costs are likely to be very high and production time is longer when considering raw material order.
Q4: How can I get a sample to check quality and how long is the sample time?
After samples charge is confirmed, you can require samples to check our quality. In general, $5/PC for a existing sample to check the design and quality, and client also has to afford the express freight.For sample making, we will charge $30-$200 to cover the cost. Final price will be confirmed according to the products’ craftwork.
Q5: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
1) The model, please send us our model number to refer.
2) Your Logo pattern.
3) The pantone color number of products and logo.
4) Packing methods.
5) If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
Q6: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
1) The popular ones: PDF, CDR, AI.

Q7: How many days will sample be finished? And how about the mass production .
1) Existing sample time is 1-3 days, customized sample time is 7-15 days.
2) The delivery time of mass production will depend on quality, production craftwork, ect. Commonly it lasts 15-18 working days.
Q8: Do you inspect the finished production?
Yes, all of our products will be through AQL 2 quality inspection processes.
