Purpose and performance
This machine is mainly used for internal/external cleaning of 2-1000ml round bottles (various materials) or special-shaped bottles, which are alternately cleaned with tap water, ion water and oilless compressed air to meet the requirements of production technology. With function of preliminarily drying bottles, this machine can become air blower after modification to blow-wash the interior of bottles with oilless compressed air, meanwhile, dust particles are sucked up with vacuum device.
Features
1. Bottles washing is smooth, without squeezing phenomena. Spring protection devices is adopted to ensure that bottles are in good condition.
2. Bottles washing is intermittent, which can save water and air.
3. Flushing spray-heads are stretched into the interior of bottles for washing to ensure higher cleanness. Oilless compressed air is adopted for drying.
