A : Of course! The normal produce progress is that we will make the pre-production sample for your
quality evaluation. The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.
• Q : How long can I get this sample?
A : After receiving the sample charge and all the material and design being confirmed, the sample time
is 2-5 days and Express delivery usually needs around 3-5 day.
• Q : Can you do the design for us?
A : Yes.We have a professional team having rich experience in designing and manufacturing.
Just tell us your idea, we will help to carry out your idea into perfect products.
• Q : Can I make customized design?
A : Yes.It is customized order. Your own logo and design can be printed on your products.
• Q : What kind of paper can be printed on?
• A : Artpaper gives the best performance of color and design. We also can provide other special paper
like black card, white card, offset paper and PU leather etc.
• Q : How about the shipping way?
• A :1) If the order is not big, door to door service by courier is okay, such as TNT, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and
EMS etc to all countries.
2) By air or sea through your nomination forwarder is the normal way I do.
3) If you don't have your forwarder, we can find the cheapest forwarder to ship the goods to your
pointed port.
