1. When can I get the price of the glass christmas ball ?
Usually we can quote within 24 hours after getting your inquiry which includes the exact details(such asquantity, size, package designs and etc.). If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us.
2. Are your samples free or need cost?
Actually it depends on the products. For stocked low value products, we will provide free samples, but freight collect. But for some high value samples, it needs sample cost and freight collect. You’re welcomed to email us for checking.
3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

We will arrange it soon. If it is stocked we will send it within two days, otherwise we need check the sample days.
